The rescue I just transported had Whip Worm. Do I need to sanitize my car now?

This is a really great example of why transporting dogs in crates is the best approach.

The answer to the specific question is - wipe the car down, but know that the eggs are really hard to kill.
Also know that if you are giving your own pups their HW preventative (and as you are in Cinci I am going to assume that you are!), your own pups have protection.

But -- we have had members transport dogs that have parvo, without knowing that they were going to be getting a parvo dog. A mess, and a very seriously contagious disease. Being able to pull a crate out and treat it with bleach is very, very helpful.
